Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final. Each item is made to order, ensuring a personalized touch that cannot be restocked or resold.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Unless there is a clear error on my part (such as incorrect spelling from the approved order or a defect in craftsmanship), I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all details—names, monograms, thread colors, item colors, etc.—before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Lost Mail Policy
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While I’m not responsible for lost or delayed packages, I’m always happy to help you file a claim with the shipping provider. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, you may repurchase items at cost.
Turnaround Time
Most items ship within 2–3 weeks, but turnaround times may vary depending on order volume or holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing it.
Local Pickup
If you're in the Jackson, MS area and would like to arrange local pickup, select that option at checkout (if available) or contact me directly via DM or email.
Color & Placement Disclaimer
Every effort is made to ensure thread and fabric colors appear true to life, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or supplier dye lots. Design placement may also vary slightly—especially on hand-embroidered or sewn pieces—adding to the uniqueness of each item.
Digitizing Policy
If you're ordering a custom digitized design, you’ll receive one revision at no charge if there was a mistake on my end. If you want the design digitized differently than how I interpreted it, that should be communicated upfront—otherwise, you’ll be charged for a new file. I take creative liberties with digitizing unless you specify a detailed direction from the start.
